The physical beauty along the Jomsom Muktinath trek is breathtaking. The mountain viewing is brilliant in this trek and various ethnic groups of Nepal can be encountered along the way. The diverse landscapes and cultures to be found along this trekking route give a marvelous insight into the rural life of Nepalese people. The main feature of this trek is walking through the gorge carved by the Kali Gandaki River. This River forms the largest gorge in the world, on one side lies the Annapurna mountain range and on the other side is Dhaulagiri. The final destination of the Trek is to reach the Muktinath (3800m).

The Jomsom Trek is the classic tea-house trek which visits some of the best trekking lodges in Nepal. The trek follows the ancient trading route from India to Tibet up the Kali Gandaki valley starting from the roadhead near Pokhara and finishing at the pilgrimage site of Muktinath (3802m).
We experience a range of surroundings, from the culture of the lowland villages to the splendour of the high Himalaya. This trek gives many spectacular views of the two Himalayan giants, Annapurna and Dhaulagiri, and gives a flavour of the Tibet-like country north of Jomsom. This is indeed a classic trek which allows access to the high mountains of the Himalaya within a reasonable timeframe and without ascending to extreme altitude. Accommodation and food is provided in the local lodges.

Jomsom Muktinath Trekking Itinerary

Day 01:	Arrival at Tribhuban International Airport and pick up you by our private vehicle and transfer to the Hotel
Day 02:	30 minutes fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara or 7 hrs drive by tourist coach and transfer to the Pokhara Lakeside villages sits, "front row centre" to one of the most beautiful Himalayan panoramas in the world. The Annapurna and famous "Fishtail" mountain peak of Machhapuchhare tower over the tropical setting of Pokhara and you spend there will be the scenic highlight of your trip. Enjoy yourself for the trek to Muktinath in the evening. Overnight hotel in Pokhara near the lake. (B)
Day 03:	1 hrs Drive to Naya Pul, and start trek to Tikedhunga (1525m) 5 ½ hrs (B.L.D)
Day 04:	Tikhedhunga to Ghorapani (2853m) 5 ½ hrs (B.L.D)
Day 05:	Ghorapani to Tatopani (2652m) 6 ½ hrs (B.L.D)
Day 06:	Tatopani to Kalopani (2530m) 6 ½ hrs (B.L.D)
Day 07:	Kalopani to Marpha (2665m) 6 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 08:	Marpha to Kagbeni (2810m) 5 ½ hrs (B.L.D)
